Transfer of Property

Post by Molly »

Hi Nigel

Where do we get the following forms from and is there an English translation please?

A completed Form N270 - ‘Declaration of Transfer of Immovable Property’.

The Title Deed of the property being transferred.

A completed Form N313.

(I copied and pasted this from your Web site)....

Regards

Hi Molly,

You can download Form N.313 from http://www.moi.gov.cy/moi/DLS/dls.nsf/A ... penElement

You'll have to get the Form N.270 from the Land Registry

(Both the above in Greek)

And you should have the property's Title Deed?

Hi Molly

There are no English translations. Just copy the text you want to translate and paste it into Google Translate.

Do you have to fill these forms in before you go to Land Registry or do them when you are there?

Thanks Nigel..............:)

It makes no difference. If you have trouble completing the forms there are usually people outside the Land Registry who can assist for a small consideration.
