Re: Transfer of Property
Hi Molly,
You can download Form N.313 from http://www.moi.gov.cy/moi/DLS/dls.nsf/A ... penElement
You'll have to get the Form N.270 from the Land Registry
(Both the above in Greek)
And you should have the property's Title Deed?

Re: Transfer of Property
Do you have to fill these forms in before you go to Land Registry or do them when you are there?

Re: Transfer of Property
It makes no difference. If you have trouble completing the forms there are usually people outside the Land Registry who can assist for a small consideration.Molly wrote:Do you have to fill these forms in before you go to Land Registry or do them when you are there?
