Hi, now I have completed my property sale I am in the process of winding down my affairs in Cyprus.
I have paid in full my cae and block insurance for 12 months.
As the sale completed in June, I am now due a refund of approx 6 months.
However having contacted the committee they tell me this refund ...

Hi Nigel, thanks for info, since I posted this I did get an update and got the 25% increase knocked off
However it would just be nice if they came up front with these fees.
Anyway the sale has gone through now and I can breath a sigh of relief.
For all I complain I have had 11 good years in Cyprus ...

Having just completed the sale of my Cyprus property and having been told that on top of my solicitors fees for sale the only other expenses would be any outstanding utility bills and village taxes (I assume cae etc)
However I have also being charged for 1) copies, stamps, etc. 2) power of attorney ...

Looking for advice, I am in the process of selling a property in Cyprus and the buyer is English, my question's are
1) can the monies be transferred from the buyer to seller in sterling in the UK
