Looking for advice, I am in the process of selling a property in Cyprus and the buyer is English, my question's are
1) can the monies be transferred from the buyer to seller in sterling in the UK
2) If so, how does this affect the Land registry in Cyprus

Yes the money can be a direct transfer (minus any expenses you may need to pay here)

The Land registry is not affect in any way what so ever.
