Hi, now I have completed my property sale I am in the process of winding down my affairs in Cyprus.
I have paid in full my cae and block insurance for 12 months.
As the sale completed in June, I am now due a refund of approx 6 months.
However having contacted the committee they tell me this refund should have been negotiated with purchaser.
I fail to see what cae's have got to do with sale of property?
Where do I stand on this legally
Comments appreciated
Thanks in advance

Re: Refund part of cae
Hi jojo,
I believe these are annual premiums and unless your new buyer is prepared to refund you a percentage, I doubt you'll be able to get a refund.
