Selling a jointly owned house

My estranged husband and I jointly own a house in Cyprus and we don't have a mortgage. Can he sell the house without my consent? I recently noticed that 'our' house was on the market, but I had no knowledge that he was putting it up for sale ! Can a sale go through without my consent?

No - he can't if the property was purchased in joint names.
