I am about to get my Title deeds (HA Ha). We have a one bedroom apartment with alarge balcony. Part ofthe balcony is room size so we hope to add full length patio sling doors. Do we need planning permission? The apartment is in Paphos.Anything esle we should know will be gratefully received. Many Thanks Ross

Re: Planning Pemission
Hi Ross & welcome to the forum,
I cannot answer on behalf of the Planning Authority, but I am sure that you will need Planning Permission to enclose your balcony (Generally speaking, any alterations you wish to make to the external appearance of a property requires planning permission).
I suggest that you speak with the planning department and get their view as to whether the changes you wish to make will be acceptable before going to the expense of submitting an application.
Regards,
