Hello Lalala.We bought an old ruin a few years ago and had it substantially rebuilt into a four bed three bath 220sq mtr home.We used a Cypriot builder,who did not want any monies up front allowed us to pay in stage payments for only what was done,honoured all his guarentees and never had an ounce of trouble with him.Could get you his number if you like.
