management of complex

At the moment i am doing all the accounts//payments etc for the entire complex.
Can anyone recommend an agency/organisation that will do this work.
I find it particularly stressful// and all complaints come to me ---which is silly as i live in the UK.
We do have a maintenance company---but all they do is clean
Any ideas!?
