Our AGM ue shotly and the current committee are resigning,No one is prepared to form a new committee.What is the situation when no one is prepared to sit on a new committee ?

Hi Barry
If no-one's prepared to form a Management Committee, you can ask the Land Registry to manage the complex. Details on pages 28 & 29 of the Department of Lands & Surveys Citizens Charter.
However, this will probably change when the new Jointly-Owned Building law is passed by parliament (see New Jointly-Owned Buildings law approved.) The task may be undertaken by the proposed regulatory authority.
