Using property for family and friends

I currently own a property in Paphos and allow family and friends to stay there if they cover the costs of their stay. I don't advertise the property anywhere as its just people we know. Do I still need a licence under the new law passed in 2020 does anyone know?

No, you don't need any licence. As you are not advertising it and it is only for family use.
