Hellenic bank violated consumer rights

Having just read the above article in the Cyprus Property News how can I find out if the stated consumer violations happened with my mortgage with the Hellenic Bank especially as i paid my mortgage off early and have i paid extra charges for this.
I have downloaded the CCPS ruling but cannot get to translate into English.

Any further advice or information would be greatly appresciated.

Hi Nigel

You can use Google Translate to get an English translation of the CCPS ruling. It's not perfect but you'll get the gist.

I can't say whether this ruling is applicable to you - you'll need to read through your loan agreement.

Also, isn't a 'legal' ruling - it's an 'administrative' ruling but it should help you should you decide to take legal action against the Hellenic.
