What percentage of CHF loan have people been offered by BOC

Hi I was offered. 15percent of CHF loan last Sep2015 but now been offered to 20percent which is still not enough as I bought in 2007 and have been paying since.

We got 20% only if we were to pay it in full.
I believe there are people with better offers

Insist for 35-40percent bullshit them all you can afford, family not well etc etc

Not exactly sure what % is bit our BOC offer came the same day as this so I'm thinking we will be going back to them for a bigger discount in light of this
