Hi we are on a complex of 83 apartments. Can you please tell me if we need a lifeguard it's about 4 foot deep . How deep dos the pool have to be to need a lifeguard.

I'm not sure - I suggest you check with on of the swimming pool companies in your area. (I think you may be OK, but it's best to confirm).
