Anyone knowledgeable about the LEFKARA REAL ESTATE AREA?????

I own property along the main road leading to Pano Lefkara (on the outskirts of) and I am interested in finding out what types of developments have been undergone as well as anticipated off plans for that particular area??? I have received a very unusual generated interest by people trying to buy/swap and or take said property through devious /corrupt means after years of telling me it was absolutely worthless!! Any feedback whatsoever will be greatly appreciated!!
