Thank you Nigel,
I am aware of this group, I am more less looking for people who run the apartments as we are.
To solve together problems such as leaks in the buildings.
Regards,
Katka

Hi Katya,
Much depends on the type of problem, whether it's 'routine' or 'structural'.
Typically routine problems result from poor/lack of maintenance, while structural problems arise due to poor construction. You can find an article on this subject at Structural and Routine Defects.
Routine problems on a block of apartments will normally be handled by the Management Committee to whom all buyers pay for maintenance, insurance, etc.
If there's a possibility that the problems could be caused by a structural problem, you'll need to get the problem inspected by an ETEK registered engineer. They will confirm whether, in their opinion, the problems has been caused by a structural issue. They can they prepare a report that can be used as evidence in a court action against the developer to rectify the problem.
Maybe some other Andriana buyers are members here (I do not know) - and you can try the Cyprus Living forum.

Hi Katka
I have a studio at Andriana 2.
I believe a new management company has taken over from Moonshadow Holdings.
Do you still need help?
