We know that theoretically there are restrictions on noise, but we still feel we are lacking in specific information.
a) Are bars and restaurants allowed to deliver music via loudspeakers placed externally to the property? There has been some suggestion that they aren't but I need to back this up.
b) If allowed, is there any restriction on the number of times a week that a bar or restaurant can deliver music in this fashion?
c) Can an individual, living on a holiday home complex, make a formal complaint to the police or municipality or is it expected that the Chairman will do this?
NOISE - more info. please

Re: NOISE - more info. please
Hi pauline
If the noise is causing a nuisance you need to report it to the police. (I don't know of any specific laws covering restrictions on noise).
Noise is a problem in most tourist areas no matter what country you're living in.
Regards,
