TRNC. Has anyone submitted an application to the turkish commision for compensation if so how long does it take , and what percentage of your own valuation you have done do they offer approx% after they had their valuation, ours was submitted in dec 2012 and nothing happened as of yet, each day thy must be 30 applications before long the northern side will be legally turkish ,
Please give me advice anyone who has submitted,

You could be waiting 5 years or so. they may make you an offer of 1/5 of it's value, don't expect an easy ride, if the RoC gets it way it is looking to prevent such sales for the very reason you mention above and I guess you are contributing to!

If you refer to the 'trnc' please use the quotes of refer to it as the 'so called', since if not you are giving it some legitimatcy and it is not a legal entity.
