I require to obtain two Land Registry Surveys (2 different properties) from the District Land Office in Pafos. Do I have to call in personally with the completed forms (and all other info.),or,will they accept an application on my behalf from a third party ?.....at present I'm back home here in Scotland. However, if necessary, I will travel over in Jan'14
Also, does anyone have any experience in dealing with the above Office and is it a relatively straightforward process ? Any tips or suggestions would be welcomed.
Thanks, JAMES.

Re: Land Registry Surveys
Hi James and welcome to the forum.
The search is relatively straightforward, you’ll find information and forms (with English translations) in my Cyprus Property News at http://www.news.cyprus-property-buyers. ... /id=004888
You will either have to do this in person - or appoint someone to act on your behalf under limited Power of Attorney. Perhaps the lawyer who acted on your behalf when you bought will oblige.
