retired building surveyor

are there any retired building surveyors out there that could help me ?
i need a professional opinion and report about the defects and dilapidations of the property where my wife and i live.
their report would need to stand up in court should it go that far.
we are a retired couple so therefore are funds are limited we just need somebody who is willing to help us by giving us their expert advice .

There's a civil engineer in Limassol who can help - I've PMed you his details.

He has prepared reports in the past that have been used in court.

Note - for an engineer's report to be accepted by the court they have to be registered with ETEK (the scientific and technical chamber). A report by someone who has retired couldn't be used.
