Hi gintare and welcome to the forum.
The first thing you should do is check your rental agreement to see if it prevents you sub-letting a room.
And if your agreement doesn't prevent you sub-letting, you should have a rental agreement with the person to who you're sub-letting. (And any income you receive will be taxable).

There's a rental agreement at http://www.paphosfinder.com/cyprus-prop ... cyprus.htm that you could use to cobble something together (I don't have one).
You can rent as an individual (you don't need to set up a company) and you'll have to include the income you receive on your annual tax return. You can find more information regarding taxation in a guide produced by PwC at http://www.pwc.com.cy/en/publications/a ... nglish.pdf
