Does anyone know how I might have a unit evaluated for energy efficiency?

Are there any programs available to have this done?

SKYY Consulting Limited
Accredited Expert for Building Energy Performance (EPC’s)

I believe there's a list of accredited companies on the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry website, but I can't find it.
