Buy house in Larnaca
Hi, I am interested in buying a house in a village close to Larnaca city e.g. Kiti, Pervolia etc. What price should I expect when looking to buy an off plan house from a developer? I am thinking for a detached house around 180m2, with a land of 300-400m2. Any information will be greatly appreciated

Hi knowntravel and welcome to the forum.
You'll probably be looking at a price in excess of €400,000+ for a detached house of 180m2, with a land of 300-400m2. But the sky's the limit and you could well end up paying significantly more.
(E. g. I found a 147 m² 3-bed detached resale in Pervolia on a plot of land 446 m². The asking price is €725,000.)
Pantheman, who helps out here, is a registered Estate Agent who covers the Eastern end of the island (including Larnaca). His website FSB Properties Ltd.
Given the on-going problems with Title Deeds, I suggest you restrict your search to resale properties hat have already been issued with their all-important Title Deed.
