Building Density

Post by trekker »

Hi All,
I have owned a plot in Agia Marina Chrysochous for some years now but not built on it, It was originally given as 6% build but wonder if by any chance the rules have been relaxed at all leaving me an option to apply for 10%? Is the zone its in mentioned on the title deeds, cant seem to see it, or do I have to contact land registry?
Grateful for any ideas.
Thanks

Hello,

The title deed does not mention the zoning as these can change. 6% would suggest a protection zone, it'll be agricultural and the likelihood of getting any permit to build would be next to zero as agricultural land is not developable now.

Even in the unlikely event that the build density had change to 10% the same applies.

You cannot apply for build coefficient changes.

Hi trekker

Although the zone isn't shown isn't shown on the deed, you can find it on the DLS database. To use the DLS database interactive maps, you'll find a guide at https://property-11519.kxcdn.com/wp-con ... e-Maps.pdf
