Property Valuation
I’d be very grateful for advice on getting our apartment in Cyprus valued. Not to sell on the open market but for one co-owner to buy the other’s share. We have an idea of the market value but would like this confirmed. Any recommendations for valuers also gladly accepted – the flat is located between Larnaca and Limassol. With thanks in anticipation!

Re: Property Valuation
Hi Sue & welcome to the forum.
If you want the apartment valued professionally, you have two options:
1. A RICS Cyprus Valuation Surveyor.
2. A member of the Property Valuers Association. Their minimum fee is €300 (plus VAT presumably.) Their website in in Greek, but it's translated easily if you use Google Chrome as your web browser.
Regards,
