Furniture packages and snagging

Hi All

I have a property due to complete in April 2010.

The company I bought from offered an aftersales service which thankfully I did not pay for and which is no longer avaialble.

My experience so far buying in Cyprus has left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth so am keen to balance the horrible experience out to find reputable companies who provide:

* snagging services
* furniture packages
* air conditioning

If any one can point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful
