Hi atticusedwards and welcome to the forum

I've received no reports about SoS - good or bad.

Where are you looking to buy property?

Hi there.

We’re using them but they’re now Century 21. We dealt with Jo Tite & she was lovely. She went to the property & sent me videos of the apartment, bearing in mind, we knew the property previously. We’re also using LG Zambartas law firm. Believe me, she’s informed us of a couple of very important things that another lawyer never even mentioned before we even started the purchasing process. We took Nigel’s advice on the lawyers & we’re glad we’ve done so. If you’re asked to send a deposit at any time, check with your lawyer that there’s conditions in place for getting it back if either party pulls out. Better still, send it to your lawyer’s client account, Hope all goes well for you.

'We’re using them but they’re now Century 21' , actually they are not C21, they are now called Emerald or something like this as they were force to change the name due to the scandal surrounding passports.

Hi Pan.
Just going on the last email that was from C21. I’m intrigued though, passport scandal? Tbh, we’ve had no problems but the only person given our details, is our lawyer.

You can read more about the 'Golden Passport' scandal at Cyprus ditches ‘golden passport’ scheme.

Watch the Al Jazeera video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oj18cya_gvw - the Kay's appear around 5:20.

If you're looking for property at the eastern end of the island, get in touch with Pan.
