Vines 2 - Pissouri

Hello,

I am considering buying an upper floor apartment in Vines 2 located in Pissouri. This is the block that has roughly eight apartments, as opposed to the larger block across the road. I am concerned that so many are for sale including one which I believe has never sold from new. Does anyone have information on this or know of any reasons why it would not be a good idea to buy?

I know that in Limnes there are problems with the ground, are there any problems around the Pissouri area?

I would be grateful to receive any advice/information on this.
