Hello my names Dawn im new to the forum im looking for help and advice in selling land in cyprus eg where to get a valuation and best estate agent to use the land is in the larnaca area kitti thank you

Hello Dawn & welcome to the forum,

You can either have your land valued by a property valuer - see http://www.propertyvaluers.org.cy/index.php?lang=en they have a list of their members. Or an Estate Agent will give you a value if you place it with them.

As for estate agents, Pan who is a member here may be able to help. If not I suggest you approach one of the agents in the Larnaca area - you can find them listed at http://skekcyprus.net/en/larnaka-members/

Once you have a value for the land you can also advertise it at no charge on cyprusexpat - http://www.cyprusexpat.co.uk/marketplace and if you search around you are bound to find more.
