Independent lawyer

Hello,
I want to buy a property in Paphos area.

You underlines itself, very important is to have an independent lawyer. But to check his independence is not easy. And I have another problem - my English is not good, a German- speaking lawyer would be beneficial, but such lawyers are rare in Cyprus.
I found such a lawyer in Paphos via the Internet, his name even stands on the recommendation list of the German Embassy in Nicosia etc. But on the other hand, he was also recommended to me by two real estate offices – so his independence for me now questionable.

Do you know German-speaking lawyers? Can you some body recommend (on my private email if necessary) ?

I have found a German speaking lawyer on the list provided by the British High Commission in Nicosia. Her name is Christiana A. Erotokritou and you can find her contact details on the list at https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... mplate.pdf (She's based in Nicosia).
