Thank you Pan - and I hope that you and everyone else here has a Happy New Year.

Hopefully some of the problems will be resolved and we should have a reformed property tax system to consolidate the municipal and community property tax and sewage tax - and IPT should be based on 2013 valuations.

As for other changes, the as the ruling party doesn't have a majority in Parliament, any radical reforms are going to be challenging.
