Hi Nigel, I contacted yourself mid October regarding my friend buying my share of our apartment,
and found you very helpful.
This has turned out to be a very long process! almost 5 months. Her lawyer had an appointment at the land registry last week.....is this the last hurdle? Surely it shouldn't take this long? At what point am I entitled to settlement?
Lindsay.

Re: SELLING MY 50% SHARE IN APARTMENT
I don't know why this is taking so long Lindsay.
What does your friend's lawyer say is causing the delay?
Regards,
Nigel

Re: SELLING MY 50% SHARE IN APARTMENT
There are no problems at all. She told me back in October that as soon as it had been registered at the Land Registry settlement would take place. What actually happens at the Land Registry? I feel I have been very patient but I really want this sale concluded. Can I push for settlement?
Regards
Lindsay.
