capital restrictions...

Hi all
Just a quick question if you don't mind.
What is the situation with capital restrictions for funds being transferred to Cyprus now?
We would like to make a transfer but if our purchase falls through or if we have funds left over then, obviously we'd like to send the funds back to the UK

Are the restrictions different (or non existent) in this case?

I believe that you will be exempt from the capital restrictions. See pages 8 and 9 of the 15th Decree at see http://www.centralbank.gov.cy/media//pd ... ree_EN.pdf .
