Hello Nigel,
Our committee was set up correctly and is based on your committee regulations. We have one very unpleasant owner who is causing problems between the committee and other owners. The president is continually receiving unpleased personal emails from this man. The committee have replied to his email and informed him they will not comment on non committee matters. This man insist the email are just from the president and not the committee. When we explained the committee discussed his emails before we replied, this man reply we are not allowed to, we must call a meeting first.
Is this true? surely the committee can discuss the daily running of the complex ie,
cleaner, drains, small repairs and how to respond to a very rude unpleasant owner, without holding a meeting. Only two owners live at the complex.
Your view on this matter would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Re: Rights of a committee
Hi vinnie
If this person's gripe is nothing to do with matters relating to the committee - ignore them.
If you want to see whatthe responsibilities of the committee and the owners are - see http://www.news.cyprus-property-buyers. ... /id=003397
