Thank you for all your previous advice which has been very helpful. We are now told that the revised house plans (amended under the amnesty law and resubmitted), all necessary licenses and permissions have been granted and are now with the local land agency awaiting the final inspection. What can we do to get the process moving, and what are the next steps in the process?.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do but wait (unless you know someone with the necessary contacts who can bring your inspection to the top of the pile).
