Property Exchange North/South

Of what i hear applying to the IPC(Immovanle Property Commission) in the northern occupied part is a very slow proccess because of the long waitting list and this is due to the recent economic problem.I rather find someone in the north who has property in the south to exchange and the Timbio's case which got the approval of the House of Parliament will be much easier i believe and 'What is good for the Goose is good for the Gander'
I'm a Cypriot origin with British Nationality and i have property in a seaside resort in the north.If a Turkish Cypriot with British Nationality was interested i believe that a changeover deal will be completed in London in the Cyprus High Commission.Any comments will be much appreciated.

I think you need to keep on dreaming.

Although in theory it might be ok, in practice you have more chance to win the national lottory and not have played it.

If you land is on the seaside,you can bet your bottom dollar ir has been given to the turks or built upon making any such exchange impossible.

I didn't say that my property is on the seaside but clearly said in a seaside resort and is infact on a very small hill ooverlooking the bay and is nothing build on it.
