Harrison Auctioneers

Post by Janner »

Hi,

Does anyone know anything about Harrison Auctioneers? I see that their next auction is in July.

They charge a one off fee of about €600 and then 6% fees if/when the property sells.

Is this worth a punt?

I've heard of them - have you spoken with them to see how many properties they manage to sell at their auctions?

Cheers,

Do you expect to get anything close to your asking price at the auction?? Then you pay 600 euros and then 6% in the final figure?? I mean, if you are going to let you property go for a pittance, you don't need them to do it, any real cheap property will sell itself.
Good luck though.

If you have 600 euros to burn, please through it my way, tel me your price and I sell it for less than the 6%.
