Hi Nigel
I have just finished reading the above report and would like to commend CPAG for this very informative Report.
I bought a house in 2007. It is part of a complex of 9 houses. I can get no co-operation from the developer and at the request of my Cypriot lawyer my recent request to the developer for a Certificate of Final Approval went unanswered.
Can you tell me is a property valuation valid without this Certificate?

Yes it is. But a valuation is only a guide to its possible sale price.cailin wrote:Can you tell me is a property valuation valid without this Certificate?
You can read the processes involved in getting a Certificate of Final Completion at http://www.cyprus-property-buyers.com/law/planning.htm
And it's best to speak with your developer face-to-face as many of them are too ignorant to reply to letters, emails and telephone calls.
