funny phone call regarding bazaraki advert for building plot

Hi,

I placed an advert in bazaraki for a building/residential plot I have in Pera Chorio nissou (nicosia). I had it for 160,000 euros.
I received an email from a flavio (Italian) guy asking me to contact him. I called him and he said that he has a client who wants to invest in Cyprus (amongst other similar places). He also said that his client did not want to pay the full contract price but pay a part of it with the rest in cash.
He added that he would like me to meet his client in person half way (his client is in Spain,has a Spanish father and Swiss mother) in Italy. He thinks I actually reside in Cyprus.

Obviously this could be a legit businessman looking to invest but I am also wondering is this a scam. Is it laundering etc etc.

What do you guys think of this?

Mate, stay well clear of these people that say, 'meet me in another country'. Total F scammers. I had a few from Italy, next he will ask you to bring cash etc etc.

Gamisetous re, stay safe, if they are for real, they will come to you.
Don't let your need/want to sell get the better of you, thats the bit they play on. And how will you transfer anything being in Spain??? The Land registry is here, will you be the mule to bring in their illegitimate cash??? Too many questions, huh????
