fire insurance offers

hello,

the Emporiki bank with whom I have a mortgage made 2 offers regarding the fire insurance coming from 2 insurance companies:

Concerning the Fire Insurance, we have two offers.
The first one is from G.A.P. Vassilopoulos General Insurance. It costs about €200 for sum insured €120.000 (€1,6 per thousand)
The second one is from Interlife Insurance Co. Ltd. It costs about €98 for sum insured €120.000 (€1,22 per thousand)
The above prices cover only Fire risk.
Both insurance cos are well known in Cyprus.

can anybody tell me if this is correct or standard offer or if another insurance company offer better deals?
