Hello Nigel,we all now know the judgement of the Conor O'Dwyer Case.Bearing in mind this could be aired on UK national TV what do you think will be the effect,if any,on the following:-
The sales of new developments,without title deeds.
The sales of resale property without title deeds.
The sales of resale property with title deeds.
The rental market both long and sort term.
Tourism in general.
