I was surprised and dissapointed to see that you allow advertisments of the occupied part of northern Cyprus by Turkey, an illegal state... Why?
Pity, I thought that Cyprus Property News was a serious periodical...

Re: SHAME!!! Cyprus Property News advertises an illegal state
Hi Senka & welcome to the forum,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The advertisements are provided by Google and occasionally one advertising property for sale in the occupied areas slips through.
Can you please let me have the URL of the website selling property in the occupied areas and I will add it to Google's exclusion list.
Regards,

Hi Senka,
That is quite possible. Advertisers set monthly budgets with Google on how much they will spend on advertising. Once that budget has been spent, the ad no longer appears - but it will reappear if advertisers renew their budgets.
If you see any more ads on my sites advertising property in the north, can you please let me know the URL of the site and I will exclude it.
Thanks,

If I keep clicking on these ads, does it cost them more money or burn their budgets quicker :)

Yes, it does - and I receive a few cents every time someone clicks on an ad, which helps to cover my running costs.Pantheman wrote:If I keep clicking on these ads, does it cost them more money or burn their budgets quicker :)
