title deeds

On reading all the scary stories about the land that property is built on could be mortgaged by the developer - how can I find out if that is the situation in my case. I do not have the title deeds yet

You will find a 'Guide to obtaining a Title search' in my magazine at http://www.news.cyprus-property-buyers. ... /id=004888

It is near the bottom of the article and has links to download all the forms you need. Th search only costs a few Euros.

(I've just replied to your other message - I don't believe you have anything to worry about. It sounds to me as if your Title Deeds are imminent).
