Building plans and exclusive use terrace

Post by Irini »

Hello,

I'm in the process of completing a purchase of a flat in Peyia. The flat is part of a small complex and is located on the ground floor. The title is clean but makes no mention of the dimensions of the outdoor area (there is an exclusive-use terrace). The title simply refers to the outdoor space as a numbered section of the unit. I have received the plans and permits for the building and in doing so, was hoping to find the exact dimensions of the outdoor space alloted to my unit. There is no such mention from what I can decipher and my lawyer simply told me to contact an architect for further clarification.

The survey that was initially done for this purchase indicates that my terrrace boundries go beyond the partition gates that enclose this area. I was hoping the plans would confirm this information but no such luck.

Any suggestions on how I can confirm the information the surveyor provided in his report?
Where would he have accessed this information?

I'd appreciate any feedback or suggestions. TIA

Hi Irina

Can you sent me details on the Title Deed as highlighted below and I'll see what's recorded in the DLS database:

Please send it to me via my website.

It's possibly a car parking space.
