Hi
My developer is charging us 1287 euros for repainting of boundary wall, 208 euros for cleaning of concrete, gardening 150 euros and general maintenance 81.44 euros.
This may seem to most that we have a good developer, BUT no one has done any of the above, I challenged the developer on these items, and asked him to explain what boundary wall and gardening they are talking about.
He replied with quite an aggressive email, saying that he was not prepared to discuss some of this, he would not explain what boundary wall, he was refering to, he also said the gardening meant the 'green area' (which we do not have)
Am I entitled to challenge on him on these??? they have never emptied our tanks, we have had to pay for that, the breakdown for the maintenance looks like professional padding.
But where do we stand..
Thanks
Tracy

Re: Maintenance
Dear Tracy,
If the work hasn't been done and the developer is unwilling or unable to demonstrate that the work has been done, stand your ground.
