Restriction of pool hours for holiday makers

Hi....can a complex committee define the hours that the pool is available to Holiday makers ? For example Owners have the use of their pool from dawn till dusk but visitors (Short Term Rentals) restricted to the hours 10 to 1800 hours. Best Barry

As far as I am aware there's nothing preventing your MC from having different pool opening hours for owners & short-term rentals.
