Is there any way of finding out if a ‘residential field’ is held by an individual, company or shared ownership? If so, can you please tell me how I find this information (preferably without contacting the land registry or letting the owners know that we are interested?
thanks for any guidance.
Brian

Re: residential field ownership
Hi Brian
It isn't possible to find out the names of individuals or companies that own immovable property.
Residential field is a new on eon me! I suspect it's land in a residential zone. I may be able to check if you have a copy of the deed or point me to the advertisement for further information.
Regards,

Re: residential field ownership
Thanks Nigel
Unfortunately I don’t have copy of deeds and it isn’t advertised!
Can you tell me which has the highest build density H2 or H3 - I’m hoping it is the land I am interest in is the one with the least build density which will hopefully make it cheaper.
Cheers
Brian

Re: residential field ownership
Hi Brian
H3 is 60% density, H4 is 40%.
You may have to give up some of the land for road, pavement, green area.

For the record H2 is 90% build. The density does not always reflect the price, in fact it may go the other way depending where the land is located. A lower build coefficient means less density building and some people may find this a bonus with fewer properties and spaced apart.
How big is the land and where it is will determine its value (of course other characteristics count too)
If you want to find out who owns it, you could just ask the Muktar or in any of the local coffee shops where the land is located. The fact that the owner may learn you could be interested bears no relationship to what price he may ask. He may not want to sell anyway!!!!
Good luck
