The developer of a complex where I own an apartment is threatening to cease maintenance due to a number of non payers. Separate title deeds are available although I suspect that many owners have not yet paid for these.

I note that, in your reply above, you state that 'you should get over to Cyprus and pay the Property Transfer Fees within 60 days'. Is there a particular reason for this? My developer has informed that my deeds are available from 1st Sept but I can't get out to Cyprus until mid November ...

I have today received an e mail from my developer saying that the separate title deeds have been issued and will be available for transfer as from 1st September.
