I have looked all over but I cannot find the answer to this question!

Please could someone help me?

Does a member of the management committee need to be a resident of Cyprus or can all members live outside of Cyprus?

There is no requirement for a member of a Management Committee to be resident in Cyprus, but it will make their task much easier if they are.
