I'm sure he could provide you with a valuation. It maybe worth getting a couple more as you would in the UK, although I do not know what the costs here are likely to be.

(I had our 'flat' in the UK valued a couple of years ago - it cost me £110.00 - inc VAT).

I guess that's the Agia Varvara in Nicosia (rather than the one in Paphos)?
